Hi all.

I’ve tried to use Tracks in the past but found it missing a few features which I thought essential. I resolved to check back when a newer version came out.

The trouble is, unless I’m reading the release page wrong, the application doesn’t seem to have progressed in the past 7/8 months. Is this the case? If so, does anyone know if this project is still alive or if it has been abandoned?

Still very much alive thanks!

It’s true that we haven’t released a stable release since 1.043 (though it has had a few fixes and patches since first release), development in the trunk has been pretty much continual. If you take a look at the home page and look at the “Latest Development Activity” in the sidebar, you’ll see that the last change to the trunk was only yesterday.

There are lots of great features in the trunk, and we hope to have a new stable release out soon.

Great news that the project is still alive - I look forward to trying out the new release.
