And I thought it was just my ISP. Of course, because I couldn't get online, I didn't find out that it was a giant DoS until after it was all fixed. As usual, it's all Microsoft's fault.

It's not so much Microsoft's fault as the thousands of sysadmins who didn't install "urgent" security patches when they should have - 6 months earlier, when it was released.
(ack, I said something in MS's support! I feel all soiled now!)

ahaha no completely fixed... my site's been on the fritz all morning and is once again down. all due, so i hear, to the damn SQL plague. god damn!----- Yes, it seems I spoke to soon--things are still somewhat treacle-like in many places.
