Review of launchers

Filed under: Technology, — bsag @ 06:04 PM

There’s a nice round up of the available keyboard-driven launchers over at MacDevCenter. The author has some very complimentary things to say about Quicksilver, despite being a self-confessed LaunchBar addict. It’s worth a read if you’re thinking about using a launcher of some kind.

I—of course—am not at all impartial on the matter either…

i’m a quicksilver convert after being a long time launchbar addict. qs just rules. ; )----- I (horror of horrors!) haven’t been using my Mac lately, so I haven’t had a chance to try Quicksilver yet. I’m very much a fan of LaunchBar, I confess, but after reading your wonderful documentation I’ve been itching to give Quicksilver a try.

    bob: It does grin

Nathan: [sharp intake of breath] Not using your Mac? Inconceivable! Thanks for the nice words about the manual. I was a long-time LB user too, but I’ve been won over.
